What To Eat and When To Get Enough Calories
Know how much carbs, protein, sodium, and fluid you need to consume and how to incorporate liquid nutrition and caffeine. Examples included.
Module 2
Overcome Fueling Problems that Slow You Down
Overcome nausea, poop or GI distress, lack of appetite/ force feeding, not being hungry and fueling issues related to heat that ultimately slow you down.
Module 3
Learn To Create Your Fueling Plan
Julie will walk you through how to create your own fueling calculator and fuel plan for ultramarathons. With this plan you will fuel without stress and overwhelm.
